‘Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru’ Reveals Additional Cast, Second Promo, Theme Songs

The official website of the Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru (I’m Dating a Dark Summoner) television anime revealed two additional cast, the theme songs, a second key visual (pictured), and a second promotional video on Friday. The short anime series adapting Shaoh‘s comedy fantasy manga will premiere on October 5 at 1:20 a.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by BS11 on October 8.

Voice actresses Akane Nishimura and Maya Yashika are joining the cast as Haru Parvain and Eury Lililala, respectively.

Ringo Coisio is performing the opening theme “Zettai Kansei♡Kisei Jijitsu.” Mao Komiya is performing the ending theme “AKUMA♰No?☆Hime♡Goto.”

Seiya Miyajima (Umayon) is directing the short anime at AtoriE, as well as handling the series composition and script. Takahiro Sasaki (Kitaku-bu Katsudou Kiroku) is designing the characters and serving as the chief animation director.

Shoah began serializing the manga in Dra-Dra Sharp# website in November 2021. Kadokawa published the seventh volume on March 9, with the eighth volume scheduled for release on October 9.

‘Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei suru Season 2’ Reveals Additional Cast, New Staff, First Promo for Winter 2027

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Rui Tsukiyo‘s Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei suru (The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat) light novel revealed additional cast, new staff, a key visual (pictured), and the first promotional video for the second season on Friday. The anime series will premiere in January 2027.

Voice actresses Sumire Uesaka (Tokidoki Bosotto Russia-go de Dereru Tonari no Alya-san) and Yuusuke Tonozaki (Baki-dou) are joining the cast as Epona Rhiannon and Naoise Gephis, respectively.

The first anime season co-produced by Silver Link., Studio Palette aired in 12 episodes in Fall 2021. Crunchyroll streamed the anime with subtitles and subsequently with an English dub.

Tsukiyo began writing the action fantasy series on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in July 2018. Kadokawa began publishing the novel through its Sneaker Bunko imprint featuring illustrations by Reia in February 2019 and shipped the eighth volume in August 2024.

A manga adaptation by Hamao Sumeragi has been serialized on the Young Ace UP web magazine since January 2019. Kadokawa released the ninth volume on February 10.

Yen Press licensed both the light novel and manga adaptation in English in July and August 2020. The eighth light novel and manga volumes shipped on February 10 and February 24, respectively.

The official website for the short anime of Shaoh‘s I’m Dating a Dark Summoner (Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru) manga unveiled the main promotional video and visual for the anime on Friday. The video announces more cast members and the anime’s October 4 television premiere, and also announces and previews the anime’s opening theme song “Zettai Kansei♡Kisei Jijitsu” by Ringo Coisio. The site also announced that Mao Komiya is performing the ending theme song “AKUMA♰No?☆Hime♡Goto.”

The anime will premiere on the Tokyo MX channel on October 4 at 25:20 (effectively, October 5 at 1:20 a.m.), and on BS11 on October 7.

The fantasy manga’s story begins when Amona, a demi-human dark summoner who uses the power of demons, joins the party of the righteous cleric Roni. Everyone thought that they would be at each other’s throats within a minute, but by the end of Amona’s first day in the party, they share a passionate night together.

The main cast members are:

Seiya Miyajima (Umayon, BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico) is directing as well as overseeing and writing the series scripts. Takahiro Sasaki (Chronicles of the Going Home Club) is the character designer and chief animation director. Other staff members include:

WWWave Corporation‘s Deregula anime label is producing the anime. WWWave Corporation owns the ComicFesta web manga service, as well as the AnimeFesta anime programming block.

HIDIVE will stream the anime.

Shaoh launched the manga in Kadokawa‘s Dra Dra Sharp# online manga magazine in 2021. Kadokawa published the manga’s seventh compiled book volume on March 9, and will publish the eighth volume on October 9.

Mission: Yozakura Family Season 2 Part 2’s Video Unveils Theme Songs, October 11 Debut – News

The staff for the anime of Hitsuji Gondaira‘s Mission: Yozakura Family (Yozakura-san Chi no Daisakusen) manga unveiled a new promotional video and visual for the second part of the anime’s second season on Friday. The video announces and previews the second part’s theme songs, including the opening theme song “Forever Song” by the rock band Humbreaders, and the ending theme song “I’m still breathing” by the dance and vocal group KID PHENOMENON. The video also announces the second part’s October 11 premiere date.

The second part of the second season will premiere on MBS, TBS, and 26 other channels on October 11 at 5:00 p.m. (4:00 a.m. EDT).

Disney describes the anime’s story:

High school student Taiyou Asano has been socially inept ever since his family died in a car crash. The only person he can properly interact with is his childhood friend, Mutsumi Yozakura—the head of the world’s strongest family of spies. Mutsumi’s eldest brother, Kyouichirou Yozakura, has been overprotective of her ever since he once rendered her severely injured. His love for Mutsumi is lethal, and Taiyou is his next target. To survive, Taiyou must marry Mutsumi and become a member of the Yozakura family. Thrown headfirst into chaos, Taiyou begins his journey to become a powerful spy in order to protect his wife and uncover the dark secrets of his past and the Yozakura family.

For the current season, Mirai Minato is now the chief director of the anime at SILVER LINK, and is again overseeing the series scripts. Takahiro Nakatsugawa, who worked as a storyboard artist and episode director on the first season, is directing the anime. Other returning staff includes character designer Mizuki Takahashi, composer Kōji Fujimoto, and sound director Tōru Kanegae.

The second season premiered on April 12 on MBS, TBS, and 26 other affiliated channels during the “Nichigo” programming block, which runs on Sundays at 5:00 p.m. JST (4:00 a.m. EDT). Hulu streams the new season. The second season’s first part ended with the anime’s overall 39th episode on June 28.

The first season premiered in Japan in April 2024 on MBS, TBS, and 26 of their affiliate channels. Disney streams the anime through the Hulu service with an English dub in the United States. The series also streams on Prime Video and Netflix in Japan.

Gondaira (Demon Prince Poro’s Diaries) launched the manga in Shueisha‘s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in August 2019. The manga ended its serialization in January 2025. Shueisha published the 29th and final compiled book volume in March 2025.

Viz Media simultaneously published the manga in English digitally since its debut in Japan. Viz Media then began publishing volumes digitally in December 2020, and began releasing the series physically starting with the first volume in October 2022. Shueisha‘s MANGA Plus service also released the manga digitally in English.

The franchise also includes several novels.
