Puchimas! -Petit Idolm@ster- Manga to End on December 25 – News

The official X (formerly Twitter) account for Kadokawa‘s Dengeki Maoh magazine announced on Tuesday that Akane’s Puchimas! -Petit Idolm@ster- manga will end in the magazine on December 25. Kadokawa will ship the 16th and last volume at the end of February 2027.
The series depicts the overly hyper daily life of The IDOLM@STER‘s 765Pro idols — and mysterious creatures named “Puchidoru” who somewhat resemble the idols.
Akane launched the four-panel manga series in the magazine in 2008. Kadokawa shipped the 15th compiled book volume in December 2024.
The manga’s fifth, sixth, 10th, and 11th compiled volumes all bundled anime DVDs in 2013, 2014, March 2018, and April 2018 respectively.
Dengeki Maoh also bundled the Puchimas! Wakku Waku—!—! DVD in October 2012.
The manga inspired the PUCHIM@S net anime in 2013 and a second season in 2014. Funimation streamed both seasons and released them on DVD in 2015.
