Skydance Board Adds Laurene Powell Jobs, Bobby Kotick

Former Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick and Emerson Collective founder Laurene Powell Jobs are joining Skydance’s board as independent directors, while former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair will serve as an advisor.

The trio will serve alongside David Ellison, who serves as chairman and CEO, and Ynon Kreiz, who serves as co-CEO. Other members of the board include Barbara Byrne, Andy Campion, Gerry Cardinale, Safra Catz, Andy Gordon, Justin Hamill, Sherry Lansing, Paul Marinelli and John Thornton.
