NCT DREAM Announce Comeback Date With \”DREAM AFTER DREAM\” Teaser, Out November 9

NCT DREAM is officially gearing up for their long-awaited return. The seven-member SM Entertainment group has announced their comeback with “DREAM AFTER DREAM,” set for release on November 9 at 6 p.m. KST — their first new music in a year since “Beat It Up” dropped in November 2025.

A Year in the Making

The announcement arrived via a teaser on October 16, instantly sending NCTzens into a frenzy. Twelve months is an eternity in K-pop time, and fans have been hungry for group music since “Beat It Up,” the sixth mini album that continued the group’s streak of million-seller releases. That mini album closed out a landmark 2025 for the septet, which also saw their fifth full-length album “Go Back To The Future” arrive in July with double title tracks “BTTF” and “CHILLER” — a release that became their seventh million-selling album and topped Oricon’s Daily Album Ranking.

The seven members — Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung — debuted in 2016 and have grown from SM’s youthful unit into one of K-pop’s most consistent commercial forces, blending high-energy pop with a dreamy, youthful identity that has stayed intact through nearly a decade of evolution.

What the Members Have Been Up To

The year-long gap hasn’t been quiet. The group launched their fourth world tour, “THE DREAM SHOW 4: DREAM THE FUTURE,” which is set to resume this December with stops in Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Osaka, and Nagoya. Individually, the members have branched out: Haechan released his first solo album, “TASTE,” while Jeno and Jaemin are gearing up to star in the upcoming short-form drama “Wind Up.”

Soompi notes that teasers and concept details for “DREAM AFTER DREAM” are expected to roll out in the coming weeks, so fans should keep their eyes on the group’s official channels. After a year of solo ventures and touring, NCT DREAM’s return as a full unit is shaping up to be one of K-pop’s biggest moments of the year-end season.
