Roman Reigns has never been shy about telling people exactly what he thinks — and his advice to Logan Paul was no exception. During his sit-down with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion revealed the simple career guidance he once gave the YouTube star-turned-wrestler.

The two first crossed paths back in 2022, when Reigns and Paul went one-on-one at the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Paul’s name came up again during the Sharpe interview, and Reigns recounted the advice he offered him: don’t try to blend in — just be Logan Paul.
“Don’t Try to Be a Wrestler”
Reigns praised Paul’s athleticism but said it’s his personality and charisma that make him special. His message was blunt: don’t try to be one of the wrestlers; don’t camouflage yourself. Fit in with the locker room, he said, but stay unmistakably Logan Paul — because that’s what got him here and that’s what the company is looking for.
It’s the kind of mentorship that carries weight coming from the Tribal Chief. Reigns went on to call Paul “fascinating,” a rare compliment from a man known for brutal honesty about the business.
Paul’s Road Back
Paul is currently aligned with The Vision faction on Monday Night Raw, though he’s still recovering from a triceps tear suffered in May. Whenever he returns to the ring, he’ll be doing it with the Head of the Table’s blessing to be himself — the exact formula that made him one of WWE’s most polarizing attractions in the first place.
