New alternative footage of the Montez Ford interaction at the center of the lawsuit against WWE has surfaced online, and the fresh angle puts the security guard’s reaction front and center — and he does not look happy.
Noel Lucas, an off-duty Cook County Sheriff’s officer working security near ringside, can be seen sitting almost completely still as Ford dances and grinds directly in front of him during The Street Profits’ entrance on the July 6 episode of Monday Night RAW at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. Once the moment is over, Lucas gives a dead stare and slowly shakes his head.

What the New Angle Shows
The alternate footage gives a much clearer look at the interaction itself. Ford can be seen getting directly in front of Lucas and grinding on him before he and Angelo Dawkins jump the barricade and continue toward ringside.
What stands out most is Lucas’ reaction immediately afterward. Instead of playing along with the entrance, Lucas remains seated with a blank, stone-faced look before slowly shaking his head — visibly appearing upset and confused by what had just happened. Ford and Dawkins then keep the act going after clearing the barricade, dancing on the announce table before moving on to their match.
The Lawsuit
The footage adds to the allegations in Lucas’ lawsuit against WWE, Ford — whose legal name is Kenneth Crawford — and WWE subsidiary Event Services, LLC. The complaint claims Ford performed a sexualized “lap dance” without Lucas’ consent, alleging Ford moved increasingly closer while repeatedly thrusting and gyrating his hips and pelvis toward the guard.
Lucas is accusing the defendants of 14 counts, including assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of the Illinois Gender Violence Act.
The newly surfaced footage does not settle the legal case, but it does capture Lucas’ immediate reaction after Ford moved away — and that reaction, stone-faced and shaking his head, is now part of the conversation around the lawsuit.
