Ahead of her biggest stage yet, Alice Crowley is reflecting on how far she’s come — and where she’s headed next. The 23-year-old spoke to Fightful’s Luis Pulido ahead of the CMLL Women’s Grand Prix, opening up about starting her career at just 14 and her dream of wrestling in Arena México.
Crowley revealed she wishes she’d started a little later — but is quick to credit those early reps for everything she’s achieved since, at an age when “not a lot of women can say that they’ve done these things.”

Alice Crowley Started Wrestling at 14: “I Should Have Started a Little Bit Later”
“I would say, honestly, I should have probably started a little bit later than what I did because I started at 14,” Crowley said, “but I think it helped me be able to get to, you know, obviously be here and like at 23, not a lot of women can say that you know they’ve done these things at this point in their career.”
She credited her training school, which required only a parent or guardian to be present — allowing her parents to accompany her — for making that early start possible. “I think if I didn’t start that young, I wouldn’t be where I am right now, for sure,” she said. “It’s genuinely just because of the fact that I have been able to get all of my reps in earlier, way early on.”
Alice Crowley’s Future Goals: Wrestling in Arena México
As for what comes next, Crowley has one dream still unfulfilled: “Wrestling in Arena México was definitely, for sure one of my goals, and to be able to say that I’m doing it at 23 is just mind-blowing.”
She added: “Wrestling for CMLL, just one of the longest running companies in existence, you know, if not the longest running company in existence, you know, it’s just… I’m so grateful, so thankful.”
