Kit Wilson has shared more detail on the James Bond-style character he once pitched in WWE, describing a sharp-suited entrance, a trimmed haircut and a walk to the ring in black suit trousers. The English star first mentioned the idea on Cody Rhodes’ podcast in May, and has now expanded on it during an appearance on the Battleground Podcast.

Wilson’s pitch leans heavily on his own love of the Bond films. As an Englishman, he said, the connection felt natural, and he wanted the whole presentation to sell it, from the tailoring to the way he carried himself on the way to the ring.
Kit Wilson’s Bond Entrance Vision
Wilson explained that the look would start with his hair, trimmed back from its current style, and a full suit for the entrance. He pictured himself walking down the ramp, removing the jacket and then the shirt, before wrestling in the black suit trousers underneath.
It is an idea built around character rather than just a costume change. The slow, confident entrance, the suit and the stripped-back ring gear would all work together to tell the audience who this version of Wilson was before he even locked up.
Why the Pitch Fits Wilson
Wilson is currently paired with The Miz on WWE television, and the pair were part of a WrestleMania moment this year involving John Cena, Danhausen and a group of Minihausens. That history shows Wilson is comfortable in a big, theatrical spot, which is exactly what a Bond-inspired entrance would demand.
The pitch also fits a broader trend in modern wrestling, where a memorable entrance can define a character as much as a finishing move. A Bond-style walk, played completely straight, would give Wilson a clear identity every time his music hit.
Whether WWE ever revisits the idea remains to be seen, but Wilson’s enthusiasm for it is clear. He spoke about it with real affection, framing it as a character he genuinely wanted to play rather than a throwaway joke.
For now, fans will have to imagine the tuxedo, the ramp walk and the suit trousers. But if Wilson ever gets the chance to bring his 007 pitch to life, it sounds like he already knows exactly how it should look.
