Manni L. Perez, the actress long rumored to be playing Lucia in GTA 6, has gone viral after masterfully dodging a swarm of Grand Theft Auto comments during a recent Instagram livestream — without confirming or denying anything about Rockstar’s most secretive cast.

Rumored GTA 6 Lucia Actress Manni L. Perez Goes Viral on Livestream
Rockstar Games has refused to confirm the vast majority of the cast of next month’s new GTA game, but that has not stopped fans from piecing together their own list for years. Perez is one of the names theorists have talked about the longest, so when she went live, thousands of viewers flooded in to try to get an answer out of her.
The stream peaked at more than 2,100 viewers on a six-month-old Instagram account with just nine posts. Across 12 minutes, Perez talked about her life growing up in what she called a “small, rural, redneck-y” town, living in a studio apartment with her dog, loving to cook, and growing up driving trucks.
How Perez Dodged Every GTA 6 Question
“But yeah, no, I’m not rich. I’m a regular person,” Perez said when fans assumed she was wealthy. “I live in a small studio apartment, which I love. I have my tiny, little itty-bitty kitchen, and it’s just me and my dog. I do everything on my own, and I’ve done everything on my own for a very long time, and I love it, and I’m very grateful.”
Through it all, she sidestepped every mention of “Lucia” and “GTA 6.” Some fans joked that she does not live alone because she has Jason — Lucia’s fellow protagonist — to keep her company. Others asked more subtly whether she will be playing Rockstar’s latest or if she is just “ready for next month.” Perez only acknowledged comments about anything else, even as viewers begged her to confirm the alleged role — something that would be guarded under a strict non-disclosure agreement even if it were real.
With GTA 6 now less than a month away, the clip has spread fast across social media, and Perez’s calm dodge has only fueled the speculation further.
