Triple H was not running a WWE show this weekend, but that did not stop him from working a crowd. The WWE Chief Content Officer was caught on camera firing up fans before Metallica took the stage at the Sphere in Las Vegas, during the band’s Life Burns Faster residency.

Triple H attended the show alongside his wife, Stephanie McMahon, and footage shared on Facebook showed him getting the audience going before the concert started. He later shared the clip himself, crediting Stephanie for the camerawork.
Triple H Fires Up Metallica Crowd at Sphere Las Vegas
Triple H wrote that he was getting the crowd ready for Metallica at Sphere Las Vegas, with camerawork by Stephanie McMahon. In the footage, he looks completely at home playing to thousands of fans, even though this time the stage belonged to someone else.
It is hardly surprising. After decades of getting wrestling crowds on their feet, rallying an arena is second nature to Triple H, and a Metallica crowd at the Sphere is not so different from a WWE crowd in spirit.
Metallica’s Life Burns Faster Residency
Metallica’s Life Burns Faster residency features 24 shows at the Sphere, with performances scheduled through March 13, 2027. Triple H, a longtime Metallica fan, had already shared his reaction to the show on October 23, and Stephanie also thanked the band while giving her husband an anniversary shoutout.
For one night, Triple H was not the man in charge of the show. He was just another Metallica fan having a great time, who happened to be very good at getting a crowd ready for the main event.
