A2O LITE have pulled off one of the rarest feats in K-pop — and they have done it less than two weeks after their debut. Their debut single “NEON” has scored a perfect all-kill on the Korean charts, putting the brand-new girl group in company usually reserved for established stars.

On October 26 at 8:30 a.m. KST, Instiz’s iChart officially announced the achievement, confirming “NEON” as only the fourth song of 2026 to reach perfect all-kill status. For a group that only debuted on October 13, the speed of the climb is the story in itself.
What A Perfect All-Kill Actually Means
A certified all-kill is already a tough bar to clear. A track must sit at No. 1 on the daily and Top 100 charts of Melon, the daily and realtime charts of Genie and Bugs, YouTube Music’s Top Songs chart, VIBE’s daily chart, and the realtime charts of FLO and iChart — all at the same time.
A perfect all-kill goes one step further. It means the song has also topped iChart’s weekly chart, proving the success is not just a one-day spike but a sustained run at the top. That is why so few songs ever manage it, and why rookie groups almost never do.
Aside from “NEON”, the only other songs to achieve a perfect all-kill this year are IVE’s “BANG BANG”, AKMU’s “Paradise of Rumors”, and i-dle member Soyeon’s “I’m gonna TOESA”. A2O LITE now join that very short list.
Who Are A2O LITE?
A2O LITE are a nine-member girl group under A2O Entertainment, a new agency recently established by SM Entertainment founder Lee Soo Man. That connection alone guaranteed attention before their debut, but chart history like this cannot be bought on name recognition alone — listeners have to keep coming back to the song.
The timing also matters. Debuting in mid-October and reaching the top of every major chart within a fortnight suggests “NEON” has found a wide audience fast, rather than relying on a single fandom push. Whether the group can turn that instant breakthrough into a lasting career is the next test, but the opening chapter could hardly have gone better.
For now, A2O LITE have done what most groups spend years chasing: they have a perfect all-kill, a debut single sitting at the summit of Korean music, and the entire industry watching what they do next.
