Ok Soon, a contestant from season 31 of the reality dating show I Am SOLO, has directly addressed and denied 15 rumors circulating about her, declaring she will show “no leniency” toward false claims.

On October 26, Ok Soon systematically refuted the most frequently circulated claims about her personal life and career, in a firm public statement.

Among the claims she denied were that she has plans to marry, received an expensive ring, or been proposed to. She also denied being pregnant or having had an abortion or miscarriage, and rejected claims about sexually transmitted diseases and about meeting men through dating apps.
Ok Soon also addressed career-related rumors, denying that she had promiscuous relationships while working as a flight attendant, that she served as a spokesperson or regional deputy spokesperson under a previous name, or that she resigned because her employment was not converted during her time as a flight attendant.
She further denied claims that she demanded to be edited out of I Am SOLO by threatening the production team or citing suicide or her mother’s illness.
Ok Soon Vows No Leniency Over False Claims
After refuting all 15 rumors, Ok Soon stated that these were the most frequently circulated falsehoods about her and that she would show no leniency going forward.
Ok Soon became the final partner of Young Ho from the same season, but faced backlash over allegations that she and her group ostracized fellow contestant Soon Ja. Young Ho’s dental clinic was also subjected to review bombing, according to the report.
Ok Soon later tearfully announced her breakup with Young Ho on a live broadcast. About five months later, a couple photo of the two leaked, sparking fresh controversy. Ok Soon explained that the photo was leaked due to her mistake, and was not posted to announce a marriage or reunion. She again denied the ostracism allegations, saying her situation has reached the point where even basic social life is difficult.
