Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo is back in the mix on WWE NXT, making his return on the October 27 episode on The CW in a brutal ambush of Zilla Fatu ahead of Halloween Havoc.

Fatu appeared on the October 27 NXT to spin the Halloween Havoc wheel and determine what match type he would face Charlie Dempsey in at the Premium Live Event. Before he could do so, Arianna Grace showed up and distracted him — opening the door for her fellow members of BirthRight to strike.
BirthRight Ambush Targets Zilla Fatu’s Injured Hand
Lexis King, Charlie Dempsey, Uriah Connors and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo swarmed Fatu in the ambush, targeting his already injured hand and smashing it with a shovel. The attack left Fatu’s Halloween Havoc plans in serious jeopardy and re-established BirthRight as a dangerous force on the NXT roster.
For Stacks, the return marks the end of a worrying absence. He had been stretchered off at an NXT house show, but later provided an update on social media noting that he was back to regularly scheduled programming — and Tuesday night proved it in the most emphatic way possible.
What Stacks’ Return Means for Halloween Havoc
With BirthRight now fully assembled around Dempsey, the group’s assault on Fatu raises the stakes for the Dempsey-Fatu clash at Halloween Havoc — and puts Fatu’s injured hand, and his ability to compete at full strength, firmly in doubt.
Stacks’ comeback also restores one of NXT’s most reliable faction hands to the weekly show, just as the brand heads into one of its biggest events of the year.
