Iron Girls 3 Teaser: A Short-Track Relay Gold Medal Mission
After conquering a triathlon in Season 1 and chasing boxing championships in Season 2, the four women now have their sights on relay gold. The newly released poster shows the cast in short-track uniforms alongside longtime coach Kim Dong Hyun, who has supported the Iron Girls since Season 1.
The first teaser shows the members racing across the ice with just 150 days until the competition, pushing past their fears and physical limits as newcomers to the sport — hitting high speeds, navigating sharp turns, and making thrilling overtakes.
Teamwork Takes Center Stage in Iron Girls Season 3
The big twist this season: the members must win together as a team rather than chase individual goals. Seol In Ah, who impressed with her athleticism in previous seasons, confidently declares, “We’re definitely going to win gold!”
Keum Sae Rok, whose boxing grit carried her through Season 2, rallies the group with “Iron Girls gets it done!” New members Han Ji Hyeon and Yeonwoo add their own fire, promising “We’ll get it done in the end” and “We absolutely cannot lose.”
