WWE NXT drew 520,000 viewers on the CW Network on Tuesday, October 27, a 21% drop from the 655,000 viewers the show pulled on October 20 – as the black-and-silver brand ran head-first into World Series Game 4.

WWE NXT viewership numbers and 18-49 demo rating
Per Wrestlenomics, the October 27 episode scored a 0.09 rating in the 18-49 demographic, down from the 0.10 demo rating NXT recorded the previous Tuesday. The steep week-to-week fall comes with a clear culprit: Tuesday’s show aired opposite Game 4 of the World Series between the Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays, one of television’s biggest annual sports draws.
Viewership drops against MLB playoff competition are nothing new for NXT, which regularly goes up against fall sports on Tuesday nights. The question now is whether the number rebounds next week once the World Series exits the schedule.
