KBS Drama Special ‘Sound:Track’ Unveils First Poster — 8 Music-Inspired Stories Premiere November 18

The 2026 KBS Drama Special “Sound:Track” has unveiled its first poster, teasing an anthology project that turns eight beloved songs into eight standalone dramas. The first episode, “You More Than the Scent of Spring,” premieres on November 18.

The cast includes Woo Davi, Kim Hyun Jin, Pyo Ye Jin, Lee Ki Taek, and Joo Jong Hyuk, among others, exploring love, breakups, and personal growth through music encountered in everyday life.

‘Sound:Track’ Track List and Poster Meaning

The poster features a handwritten track list — like a playlist — where each entry is the title of a song that inspired one of the eight stories: “You More Than the Scent of Spring,” “After the Play Ends,” “When My Loneliness Calls You,” “Bye, Summer,” “Reminiscence,” “Chronicles,” “Lie, Lie, Lie,” and “Autumn Morning.” Each song doubles as its episode’s title and an OST track driving the narrative.

The production team explained that the eight stories “sometimes carry forward the emotions of the original songs and at other times explore them from an entirely different perspective,” promising viewers “a fresh and enjoyable experience.”

Eight Genres, Eight 60-Minute Stories

The project spans a wide range of genres — romance, mystery, fantasy, youth drama, and historical drama — with each story set in a different era and featuring a different cast. All eight are immersive 60-minute narratives offering distinct interpretations of universal emotions.

The eight episodes will air in sequence on Wednesdays at 9:50 p.m. KST and Thursdays at 10 p.m. KST, starting November 18.
