By Bang Ye Won, the wife of Korean singer KCM, has finally shared her feelings after the couple held their wedding ceremony — a full 14 years after the birth of their first daughter.
On October 14th, Bang posted a lengthy and emotional message on her social media, reflecting on a journey that has spanned roughly 15 years together, writing that both she and her husband have changed over that time — but so have the countless memories and stories they’ve built along the way.
“We Supported Each Other and Overcame Them”
Bang was candid about the road to this moment. “There were difficult times at times,” she wrote, “but we supported each other and overcame them well. Now, with our three beloved children, we have built our own family and have come this far.”
The couple — who had only recently been belatedly revealed as parents — were flooded with congratulations after the ceremony. “Receiving congratulations from so many people made us realize once again how much love we have received throughout our lives. We sincerely thank you,” she added.
“I Finally Got Married, Everyone!”
The joy of the day was clearly still fresh. “I finally got married, everyone!” Bang exclaimed. “The excitement and happiness from that day still feel vivid. We will cherish this happiness and gratitude for a long time and continue to care for and love each other while living healthily and happily with our children.”
Closing her message, she promised to repay the public’s support: “As you always warmly watch over and support our family, we will also work hard to repay you with a good image. Please continue to love our family. Once again, we sincerely thank everyone who congratulated us. We are truly happy.”
Fourteen years after becoming parents, KCM and Bang Ye Won finally got their wedding day — and by the sound of it, it was worth every year of the wait.
