On the October 22 broadcast of SBS Power FM’s Cultwo Show, TVXQ’s Changmin joined as a special DJ, with Nam Yujeong and B1A4’s CNU appearing as guests. During the show, a caller shared that after dating a boyfriend who had pursued her for three years, the relationship cooled once she expressed her feelings.
Nam Yujeong sympathized with the suitor’s effort: “He must have spent a lot of time and money coming up with constant events. That wasn’t just ordinary effort,” she said. CNU speculated, drawing from his dating-reality-show watching, that when someone likes you too much, feelings can cool down. When asked whether playing hard to get sparks competitiveness but kills feelings, Nam Yujeong admitted, “That’s a little scary,” showing she found it hard to understand.
What She Finds Burdensome in a Relationship
Later, Nam Yujeong was refreshingly honest about the type of person she avoids. “I tend to avoid people who are overly dramatic without saying much,” she said. “When someone moves too fast, it feels overwhelming. I wonder if it can last long and doubt it.” Changmin offered his own take: “Maybe people like the moment they like someone? But when it actually happens, they might think, ‘Ah, this is boring.'”

The timing of Nam Yujeong’s appearance is what caught attention. She dated actor Lee Kyu Han publicly in 2023 before the couple broke up the following year after one year together. Lee Kyu Han then made headlines with a surprise marriage announcement to singer Solbi — confessing he had been in love with his bride-to-be for 20 years.
Nam Yujeong did not comment on her ex’s marriage during the show, sticking to general dating talk. But with the 20-year admission dominating entertainment news, her appearance on the same week’s broadcast was always going to draw a second look.
