Sleep in Human-Sized Poké Ball in the Hokkaido Woods – Interest

Get the chance to sleep at the Poké Ball-Themed Hotel this September



Japanese fractional real estate ownership and vacation home brand NOT A HOTEL announced on Tuesday it has partnered with the Pokémon Sleep game for the Poké Ball-Themed Hotel. The company will start accepting applications for special reservations on September 15.

The Pokémon Company streamed a short video featuring a mockup of the hotel and the Pokémon Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Cubone, Snorlax, and Mew:


Pokémon Sleep further revealed on Wednesday that the hotel will be built in Hokkaido.

As of press time, the hotel has not announced its opening date or prices.

Kadokawa streamed the first main promotional video and first key visual for the second  television anime season based on Rui Tsukiyo and Reia‘s The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in a Different World as an Aristocrat (Sekai Saikō no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei Suru) light novel series on Friday. The video announces more cast members, and also announces the anime’s January premiere.

The new cast members include:

Sumire Uesaka as Epona Rhiannon, the hero and eldest son of the Rhiannon baronial house

Yūsuke Tonozaki as Neusche Gephis, a student at the Royal Knight Academy who is already an S-class student upon entry

The anime’s returning cast members are:

Masafumi Tamura (Wise Man’s Grandchild, The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Two Car) returns to direct the second season at SILVER LINK., Katsuhiko Takayama (Two Car, Ange Vierge, The Future Diary) is again in charge of overseeing the series scripts, Eri Nagata (Ensemble Stars!, Blade & Soul) is again designing the characters, and Kenichi Kuroda is again composing the music at Lantis.

The anime’s first season premiered in October 2021.

Yen Press is releasing the novels in English, and it describes the story:

When a great assassin is reborn in another world, he finds himself the heir to a long line of killers from the shadows. With both his modern-day knowledge and experience and the special magic and techniques of this new world, he could very well become the most unstoppable assassin in history…!

Tsukiyo began serializing the story on the “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” (Let’s Become Novelists) website in July 2018. Kadokawa began publishing the story in print volumes with illustrations by Reia in February 2019.

Hamao Sumeragi launched a manga adaptation in Kadokawa‘s Young Ace Up manga website in January 2019. Yen Press is also releasing the manga in English.

‘Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru’ Reveals Additional Cast, Second Promo, Theme Songs

The official website of the Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru (I’m Dating a Dark Summoner) television anime revealed two additional cast, the theme songs, a second key visual (pictured), and a second promotional video on Friday. The short anime series adapting Shaoh‘s comedy fantasy manga will premiere on October 5 at 1:20 a.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by BS11 on October 8.

Voice actresses Akane Nishimura and Maya Yashika are joining the cast as Haru Parvain and Eury Lililala, respectively.

Ringo Coisio is performing the opening theme “Zettai Kansei♡Kisei Jijitsu.” Mao Komiya is performing the ending theme “AKUMA♰No?☆Hime♡Goto.”

Seiya Miyajima (Umayon) is directing the short anime at AtoriE, as well as handling the series composition and script. Takahiro Sasaki (Kitaku-bu Katsudou Kiroku) is designing the characters and serving as the chief animation director.

Shoah began serializing the manga in Dra-Dra Sharp# website in November 2021. Kadokawa published the seventh volume on March 9, with the eighth volume scheduled for release on October 9.

The first anime season co-produced by Silver Link., Studio Palette aired in 12 episodes in Fall 2021. Crunchyroll streamed the anime with subtitles and subsequently with an English dub.

Tsukiyo began writing the action fantasy series on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in July 2018. Kadokawa began publishing the novel through its Sneaker Bunko imprint featuring illustrations by Reia in February 2019 and shipped the eighth volume in August 2024.

A manga adaptation by Hamao Sumeragi has been serialized on the Young Ace UP web magazine since January 2019. Kadokawa released the ninth volume on February 10.

Yen Press licensed both the light novel and manga adaptation in English in July and August 2020. The eighth light novel and manga volumes shipped on February 10 and February 24, respectively.
