LNGSHOT member Louis set out to make K-pop livestream history. Instead, he accidentally made one of the funniest viral moments of the week — and fans cannot stop replaying it.

It all started innocently enough. Louis was chatting with viewers on a recent Instagram Live when he noticed around 15,000 people were tuned in. Rather than basking in the number, the 5th generation idol got ambitious and asked fans to help him break a record.
“Hold on, what’s the best way to get the most amount of views on your live?” he asked. “Everybody, tell your friends to come join the live right now. Let’s make this the most-viewed live in history.”
The Viewers Did Him Dirty at the Worst Possible Moment
What happened next was peak internet comedy. Instead of flooding in, the viewer count plummeted from 15,000 to around 5,000 in real time. Louis watched it happen and could not hide his shock.
“Damn?! It just shrunk to 5,000? Bro, you guys tripping… Nahhh, that’s disrespectful…” he said, equal parts embarrassed and bewildered.
Fans clipped the moment immediately and it exploded across social media, with viewers joking that everyone left at exactly the wrong time. “Let’s make this the most viewed live and the views went from 13k to 5k. You guys are evillll,” one fan wrote, while another laughed that he got done dirty “at the worst possible moment.”
From Record Attempt to Accidental Viral Gold
The irony, of course, is that Louis’s failed record attempt ended up going viral anyway — just not in the way he expected. The clip racked up attention across K-pop corners of social media, turning an embarrassing livestream hiccup into one of the most shared idol moments of the day.
LNGSHOT is still a rising 5th generation group, and moments like this only seem to be widening their audience. Louis took it all in good humor, and fans love him even more for it.
