Klum has made her Halloween party an institution, and this year’s severed-hand look continues her tradition of body-horror spectacle. The hyper-realistic costume is a far cry from standard celebrity glam — which is exactly the point.

At last year’s party, Klum dressed as the mythological monster Medusa, complete with a headpiece of writhing snakes and a trailing tail, while her husband Tom Kaulitz went as an ancient Greek soldier she had turned to stone. That look took a team of 15 artists to create, as she told Variety at the 2025 event — setting a high bar the severed-hand costume had to match.
