SSS-Class Revival Hunter Anime Reveals 8 More Cast, 2nd Promo Video, Ending Theme Artists – News
The official website for the television anime of writer Sinnoa‘s SSS-Class Revival Hunter web novel and adaptor Neida and artist Bill K‘s webtoon revealed more cast, the anime’s second promotional video, and the ending theme song artists on Sunday. The anime had screened at New York Comic Con on Saturday evening.
The website also revealed the composers. Ryo Kawasaki (To Your Eternity three seasons, Romantic Killer) and Tomoyuki Kono (A Few Moments of Cheers, Romantic Killer) are composing the music. THE SPELLBOUND and Boom Boom Satellites will perform the ending theme song.

The anime will debut in January on Fuji TV‘s +Ultra programming block. Crunchyroll will stream the anime worldwide, excluding Asia, with availability in the Indian subcontinent, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
Hiroaki Sakurai (The Demon Girl Next Door) is directing the anime at Studio fu. Sayuri Ōba (Romantic Killer) is writing the script. Takahiro Yoshimatsu (Trigun) is designing the characters. HAYATE is producing the series.
Crunchyroll describes the story:
A mysterious tower crawling with monsters has suddenly appeared, drawing Hunters willing to risk their lives for glory and riches. Gongja Kim, a weak F-rank Hunter, spends his days envying the Flame Emperor who reigns as the top Hunter. But his chance at greatness finally arrives when he joins forces with the Sword Emperor and gains a rare S-rank skill, with one catch: he must die to activate it.
The original novel debuted in November 2018, and the webtoon launched in December 2020. Tapas publishes the webtoon in English digitally, and Ize Press is releasing the series in print. WuxiaWorld publishes the web novel in English.

‘Shishite Ikiru SSS-kyuu Hunter’ Reveals Additional Cast, Ending Theme, Second Promo

SSS-Class Revival Hunter is an adaptation of Sinnoa’s SSS-geup Jugeoya Saneun Hunter web novel series. Sinnoa and Bill K began serializing the action fantasy webtoon on the Naver Webtoon site in December 2020. The series has been published digitally in English by Tapas Media since March 2021.
Yen Press licensed the webtoon in English in October 2024. The fourth volume was released in July 2025, with the fifth volume scheduled for December 8 release.

PS5 version will have rollback netcode, cross-play with PC, 4 new text languages
Arc System Works Europe revealed on Saturday that its Blazblue: CentralFiction fighting game will get a release on the PlayStation 5. The PS5 version will include rollback netcode, cross-play with PC, four new text languages (French, Italian, German, and Spanish), and new features in Training Mode.

Arc System Works had teased a new DLC character for the game during the EVO 2026 event in June, and revealed a few days later the new character is Trinity Glassfille. The character will be the first new character to join the game since the character Jubei debuted in 2017.
Trinity Glassfille will be available only on the PlayStation 4 and PC versions of the game. The announcement in June did not mention the new character’s availability for the arcade, PlayStation 3, or Switch versions of the game.
Arc System Works America added on Saturday the PS5 version release is scheduled for after the “TRINITY -PHASE 3-” update.
Blazblue: CentralFiction originally debuted in Japanese arcades in November 2015, and the game launched in Japan for the PS4 and PS3 in October 2016. Aksys Games released the game in North America in November 2016. The Switch version shipped in February 2019.
BlazBlue Entropy Effect, a side-scrolling roguelite game, launched with its early access version on Steam in August 2023. The full release launched in January 2024 for PC via Steam. The game’s BlazBlue Entropy Effect X version launched for the PlayStation 5, Switch, and Xbox Series X|S on February 12.

Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Also Streams on Hulu in U.S. on October 11 – News

Hulu announced on Friday that it will stream the Dragon Ball Super: Beerus television anime series in the United States on October 11.
The series will begin airing on the Fuji TV channel and its affiliates on October 11 at 11:15 p.m. JST (10:15 a.m. EDT), taking over the timeslot of the One Piece anime, which aired its last episode for this year on September 27. The series will also stream on Amazon Prime Video and U-NEXT streaming services in Japan 30 minutes after its broadcast at 12:15 a.m. JST.
Crunchyroll will simultaneously stream the anime in Japanese with English subtitles on October 11 in the United States, Canada, Latin America including Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Netflix will also stream the series in the U.S. on October 17, and Netflix is listing the series to start streaming on October 14 in selected areas/countries.
The first episode also screened in advance at the Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Special Panel at New York Comic Con on Thursday.

MEGATERA・ZERO performs the opening theme song “ONOGAMI,” and VK Blanka performs the ending theme song “Kan Peki No Peki.”
Akio Iyoku stated the work started a few years ago and is an “enhanced” edition of the Dragon Ball Super anime that features a reconstruction of the story, and includes new and redrawn cuts.
The official announcement of the anime stated:
The project features extensive new cuts, revisions to existing scenes, a complete re-rendering of all footage, newly recorded dubbing with added score and sound effects, and a full reconstruction of the story. Living up to the name ENHANCED, this edition employs the latest visual expression to deliver greater power and immersion across all scenes, especially the battle sequences. The result is an ENHANCED edition that expresses Akira Toriyama‘s original idea and worldbuilding more accurately, that will be broadcasted with highly satisfying quality.
The anime staff stated, “the anime Dragon Ball Super … is set to begin anew as Dragon Ball Super: Beerus in Fall 2026.”

Several years have passed since the fierce battle against Majin Buu, and Earth has finally regained a brief moment of peace. At the same time, Beerus, the God of Destruction, awakens from his long, deep sleep. Even Kai and Supreme Kai, aware of Beerus’s overwhelming power to destroy entire planets, watch his awakening with great fear… Meanwhile, Beerus hears rumors of a Saiyan who defeated Frieza—and suddenly appears before Goku.Targeted by Beerus, the strongest being in the universe, Earth is in grave danger. Thus begins an Earth-shattering cosmic battle between the God of Destruction and Goku and his allies—a conflict that will shake the entire universe.
Dragon Ball Super premiered in July 2015 and aired for 131 episodes until March 2018. Funimation and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired, and Funimation released the series on home video. Funimation debuted the English dub to its streaming service in December 2016. The English dub premiered on Adult Swim‘s Toonami block in January 2017.
