Oppo unveiled the Reno15 and Reno15 Pro in China in November last year. Now, the first details about the Reno16 Pro have surfaced online.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, one of the Reno16 Pro models is expected to feature a 6.78-inch LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution and slim, uniform bezels.

The handset is said to be powered by the Dimensity 9500s chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and as much as 1TB of storage, although the tipster notes that the 1TB variant could be dropped. Expected configurations include 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB.

In terms of cameras, the Reno16 Pro series device is tipped to pack a 200MP primary sensor, and a periscope telephoto lens. It is tipped to pack a 7,000mAh or bigger battery and it will be housed within a metal frame. It is also said to be offered in black, green, purple, and white color options.

The Reno16 Pro model is expected to be priced between CNY 4,000 and CNY 5,000. Meanwhile, the standard Reno16 is said to feature a 6.3-inch display and a Dimensity 8000-series chipset.
