There is happy news coming out of the wrestling world this week. Sarah Rowe, best known to WWE fans as Sarah Logan / Valhalla, and her husband Erik of the War Raiders have welcomed their third child into the world.

Erik shared the announcement on Instagram, revealing that Dena Elizabeth Rowe was born at 2:13 PM on October 20, weighing in at 9 pounds and measuring 21 inches long. He added that both mama and baby are healthy and safe, writing, “God’s gifts are truly endless.”
A Wrestling Love Story
The couple, who married in 2018, have been building both a family and a career inside the squared circle for years. They welcomed their first child in February 2021 and their second in November 2024, and now their family of five is complete.
Erik remains signed to WWE, where he teams with Ivar as part of the War Raiders, a duo that has been featured on SmackDown and in AAA in recent months. Sarah’s in-ring journey, meanwhile, reached its end earlier this year. She departed WWE in June 2025 when her contract was not renewed, and she confirmed her retirement from wrestling in February 2026.
Rowe was a standout member of the Riott Squad during her WWE run and later returned under the Valhalla persona, bringing a fierce, Viking-inspired energy to the women’s division. Erik and Ivar, as the War Raiders, have been one of WWE’s most dominant tag teams across NXT, Raw, and SmackDown.
