The H3 Podcast crew has cut ties with Ethan Klein after his wife and co-host Hila Klein said he has been having an affair. The show, which the couple has run together for nearly a decade, is now on indefinite hiatus.
Hila posted the allegations late Thursday on Instagram, writing: “I am living a nightmare I can’t wake up from. My husband has been having an affair. I have been fed lie after lie after lie for months. Here is the truth.” She added that the couple has separated.

In response to Hila’s post, the production crew of the H3 Podcast said they unanimously agreed that they would no longer work with Ethan Klein. In a statement posted on Instagram, the crew said: “We stand with Hila and will support her every step of the way. We’re disgusted by Ethan’s actions and the hurt he has caused. We all deserved better: Hila, us, and you.”

Ethan and Hila Klein, through their H3H3 Productions, have been collaborating as content creators since 2011, when they first launched their YouTube channel. The Los Angeles-based couple started the H3 Podcast in late 2016, and on YouTube the podcast currently has 2.5 million subscribers.
The pair built one of YouTube’s most recognizable commentary brands over 15 years together, making the split — and the crew’s unanimous walkout — a seismic moment for the platform’s creator scene. Whether the show ever returns remains uncertain, but for now the H3 Podcast era has come to an abrupt halt.
