Conrad Thompson has shared a cryptic social media update that has fans wondering whether Ric Flair has returned home — but the message stops short of confirming anything about the WWE Hall of Famer’s condition.
Flair, 77, was rushed to a Florida hospital on Friday, October 23, after a bloody fall outside a restaurant in Tampa that left him with cuts to his head and eye before emergency responders transported him for treatment.

Conrad Thompson’s Cryptic Ric Flair Update Explained
On Saturday, October 24, Thompson — who is married to Flair’s daughter Megan — posted a short message that appeared to suggest someone close to him had returned home. However, he did not specifically identify who he was talking about.
That ambiguity matters. Thompson also hosts the Grilling JR podcast with Jim Ross, the 74-year-old WWE Hall of Famer who was himself hospitalized earlier this month after experiencing low oxygen levels. Thompson had already confirmed on the October 22 edition of the podcast that Ross was back home and recovering — so the Saturday message could refer to Ross, not Flair.
Neither Flair nor his family has provided additional details confirming his release from hospital.
Ric Flair Hospitalization: What We Know So Far
The clearest update so far came from Flair’s daughter Charlotte, who reassured fans on Friday evening that her father was going to be okay — and shared a joke he made to his doctor about The Ultimate Warrior: “Not my dad telling the doctor he fell bc of warrior dropping him on his head… (ps: he’s going to be ok).”
Flair’s hospitalization also came just hours after he revealed he was dealing with a blood clot in his leg. Doctors had restricted his travel and scheduled a procedure to address the issue, though there is no indication the blood clot caused his fall.
For now, Charlotte’s confirmation remains the firmest word on Flair’s condition. Thompson’s message sounds encouraging — but until someone confirms exactly who he was referring to, it is too early to say the Nature Boy has officially returned home.
