Michin and B-Fab are still soaking in their first taste of WWE gold. Hours after defeating Tatum Paxley and Alexa Bliss on the October 24 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions took to X to share emotional reactions — and Michin’s message doubled as a love letter to her hometown.
“So thankful to achieve this in my hometown,” Michin wrote. “It’s still so surreal omg… being able to have my family witness this live in the stands. Thank you, oppa, for wrestling me when we were kids. You planted this nugget of an insane dream. I love you, 909. Fontana’s Finest.” The 909 area code shoutout confirmed it: this one was personal, won in front of her own people in Fontana, California.

Michin followed up with a message that felt directed at anyone still grinding for their break: “Wow what a journey really… no one knows your story and path like you so when you have moments of glory and moments you felt like you overcame it means the world. When people don’t believe in you, you have to believe in yourself and keep going. Push even when you don’t think you can. You will thank yourself later! You did it B!!”
The win marks the first WWE championships for both women, making them a genuinely fresh pair of faces on the tag title scene. Paxley and Bliss had held the belts for just 14 days, so the new champions inherit a division with plenty of unfinished business.
