The Last Outfit Name Revealed on AEW Collision October 24
The new name was unveiled during a Collision segment in which White addressed the alliance directly. He explained that the two groups needed a fresh identity now that they are operating as one unit, teasing the famous Bullet Club name first before landing on The Last Outfit as the official banner for the faction.
The pairing itself was born just days earlier. On this week’s AEW Dynamite, The Dogs — David Finlay and Clark Connors — aligned themselves with The Bang Bang Gang, made up of Jay White, Juice Robinson, Ace Austin, Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn. The union was sealed with an attack on the Death Riders, instantly establishing the new super-group as a major power in AEW.
What The Last Outfit Means for AEW
With seven members across two established teams, The Last Outfit is one of the largest factions in AEW right now. The combination brings together the Bang Bang Gang’s swagger and championship pedigree with the hard-hitting edge of Finlay and Connors, giving the group depth in both tag team and singles competition.
The name itself carries weight. By teasing Bullet Club before choosing The Last Outfit, White nodded to the shared history of many of the group’s members while signaling that this is something new — a final form rather than a reunion. Whether the Death Riders strike back, and how the rest of the AEW roster responds to a seven-man army, is now one of the company’s most intriguing open questions.
