LE SSERAFIM’s second Manila show on December 6 has been cancelled, with promoter PULP Live World moving all ticket holders to the group’s December 5 show at the Mall of Asia Arena instead. LE SSERAFIM Manila December 6 Show Cancelled, Fans Moved to December 5
LE SSERAFIM are currently on their Pureflow world tour, having completed dates in multiple countries. The Asian leg was originally scheduled to end on December 6 with the second of two shows in Manila, Philippines. However, the promoter announced that the December 6 show would be cancelled and that all ticket holders would be relocated to the December 5 show at the same venue.
The promoter apologized for the inconvenience and said the move would ensure the group successfully brings the tour to Manila. It also confirmed that the December 5 show has enough available seats to accommodate all relocated December 6 ticket holders within the same ticket tier, with no seats needing to be added.
Low Ticket Sales or a Deeper K-Pop Problem in Southeast Asia?
The news was met with surprise and plenty of questions — including whether one night could really hold two nights’ worth of fans. While some online mocked the group over reportedly low sales, others offered a very different explanation.
Some fans argue that K-pop acts have neglected Southeast Asian fans in recent years by skipping countries on world tours and other fan events, and see the Manila cancellation as the consequence. Others pointed to a shifting local scene, noting that Filipino pop artists have been adding tour dates as demand grows while K-pop’s hold appears to loosen.
The debate reflects a wider conversation about how K-pop tours are routed and priced across Southeast Asia, a region that has long been one of the genre’s most passionate markets. For now, LE SSERAFIM’s Manila run will go ahead as a single night on December 5 — and fans will be watching closely to see how full the arena looks.
