The filing, from the State of Florida via Assistant State Attorney Juanda Padgett, states that the information was being made available to the defense and asks the defense to provide a blank DVD for a copy of the redacted medical records. Once received, a copy would be made and sent to the defense office via US mail.

Ludwig Kaiser Defense Gets Medical Records Access

Kaiser’s team was previously given access to photo evidence of the alleged victim in the case, so the medical records disclosure is the latest step in the pre-trial evidence process.

A pre-trial conference is scheduled for December 17, which will be the next key date in the case.
