Kevin Nash and Scott Hall had plenty of wild nights together on the road, but one drunken decision in Japan nearly created a serious headache for Hall. Nash got so wasted that he blew into Hall’s court-ordered breathalyzer — and registered a massive reading.

Kevin Nash’s Breathalyzer Night in Japan
Nash admitted he was so intoxicated that he used Hall’s court-ordered breathalyzer, producing a .263 reading — more than three times the legal driving limit in most places. For Hall, who was bound by a court order, a reading like that on his device could have meant real legal trouble.
Thankfully for Hall, Nash owned up to what he did. Rather than leaving his friend to explain the situation, Nash called the probation authorities himself to confess that the reading was his, not Hall’s.

This wasn’t the only time Hall found himself babysitting his running buddy. Nash recalled another night in Hamburg when Hall spotted a framed photograph of himself wrestling on a bar wall and said he wanted it. Nash took the request a little too literally — he ripped the frame straight off the wall, smashing the glass and damaging the photograph.
“So we just put it underneath the table. Scott immediately looks at me and goes, ‘Oh, great. Frankenstein’s out of the castle,'” Nash remembered. “Like, now I’ve got to watch this idiot.”
Decades of friendship between the two produced more than enough road stories, but the Japan breathalyzer incident is up there among the crazier ones — thankfully resolved before it could cost Hall anything.
