Week 6 of the 2026 NFL season brings a full 14-game slate, with the Cincinnati Bengals, Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings on bye. With Thursday night’s opener in the books, oddsmakers have posted spreads, totals and ESPN’s FPI projections for every remaining matchup.
The betting board is headlined by some lopsided numbers: the Rams are 12.5-point favorites over the Cardinals, the Patriots lay 7.5 against the Jets, the Chiefs give 8.5 to the Chargers, and the 49ers are 7.5-point favorites over the Commanders in Monday night’s closer.
Weekend Headliners
Sunday opens across the Atlantic as the Jaguars (-2.5) meet the Texans at Wembley Stadium in the third straight London game, with kickoff at 9:30 a.m. ET. The total sits around 42.5, among the lowest on the board.
The early window also features the Ravens (-3.5) hosting the Browns in a game projected for the lowest combined score of the week at 40.5 points, plus the Colts (-7) against the Titans and the Eagles (-1.5) taking on the Panthers. The Steelers (-2.5) welcome the Buccaneers, who are riding the momentum of a shocking Week 5 upset win over Dallas on Thursday night behind rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels.
Later in the afternoon, the Bills (-5.5 to -6) host the Raiders with a high total of 52.5, and the Rams and Cardinals are expected to light it up in a game carrying the week’s highest total at 52.5 points.
Sunday and Monday Night
Sunday Night Football pits two historic franchises against each other as the Packers (-1.5) host the Cowboys at Lambeau Field, with the total set at 52.5 — tied for the highest of the week. The week then wraps on Monday night when the 49ers (-7.5) host the Commanders at Levi’s Stadium, with a 50.5-point total suggesting fireworks.
ESPN’s Football Power Index projections accompany every matchup, and with five favorites laying a touchdown or more, Week 6 could bring its share of surprises — much like Tampa Bay’s stunner in Week 5, the biggest upset of the 2026 season so far.
