WWE Hall of Famer Bull Nakano is telling her story in her own words. On social media, Nakano announced that her autobiography, “Bull Nakano: Monster,” will be released by Wani Books on January 8, 2027 — a date she chose deliberately, since it is also her birthday.

Bull Nakano’s ‘Monster’: 30 Years After Retirement
Nearly thirty years after stepping away from the ring, Nakano says she will reveal behind-the-scenes secrets from her legendary career. The book will cover her battles with the “Bad Ass” Aja Kong, her time in the Gokumon-to faction, and the infamous “Golden Cage” death match — plus her thoughts and struggles during those years. She has also opened up about the good times, the hard times, and her life after retirement.
For Fans of Her Career and the Next Generation
Nakano wrestled for over 30 years before retiring in November 2017 and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2024. “I have written about the good times and the hard times, as well as things I can only talk about now,” she said. “I hope fans who enjoyed my career and those who support the current generation of female wrestlers will enjoy it.” The book is, in her words, “a compilation of my life, which I dedicated to professional wrestling.”
