Bronson Reed isn’t hiding his ambitions. The Australian powerhouse has revealed that he wants to be competing for a world championship at WrestleMania 43, telling an interviewer that anyone in this business naturally wants to be the “top dog.”

Speaking to Marco Ercole in an interview recorded ahead of WWE Money In The Bank, Reed was asked who he would ideally like to face on the Grandest Stage of Them All — and he immediately set his sights on gold.
Roman Reigns Or Sami Zayn
Reed named two specific champions as his dream opponents, keeping his options open across both brands.
“I think you’d be silly not to, but I’d say either of the champions, you know what I mean? It’s either going to be Roman Reigns, because I feel like he’s probably still going to be champion by the time WrestleMania rolls around, or at the moment on SmackDown, you have Sami Zayn,” Reed said. “If you’re in this business, you always want to be the top dog. So I’d pick either of those two to face at WrestleMania.”
A Career On The Rise
Reed’s run on the WWE main roster since his return to the company has been full of highlights — a memorable rivalry with Braun Strowman, a run as part of The Vision, and a return from injury in incredible shape. Most recently, he battled Oba Femi at Money In The Bank.
Elsewhere in the same interview, Reed also looked back on facing Roman Reigns at WWE Crown Jewel: Perth in 2025 — a homecoming moment that clearly fueled his main-event ambitions.
With WrestleMania 43 still on the horizon, Reed has planted his flag: he doesn’t just want a match on the card, he wants the championship match. Whether it’s the OTC or the underdog champion from SmackDown, “Big” Bronson Reed is coming for the top of the mountain.
