WWE’s official website is facing scrutiny over how it handles visitor data. Class action law firm Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has announced it is investigating a potential privacy violation by WWE.com — and says fans who visited the site could be entitled to compensation.
The firm posted a notice on its own website asking: “Did You Use WWE.com? You May Be Entitled to Compensation.” According to the notice, anyone who visited WWE.com or interacted with its pages, videos, articles, or account features may have had their privacy rights affected.

What The Firm Is Investigating
The investigation centers on the tracking technologies that most major websites use — cookies, pixels, advertising tools, and analytics software that monitor how visitors interact with a site. These tools can collect information about pages viewed, content watched, account activity, and other online interactions.
Levi & Korsinsky says it is looking into whether WWE.com shared visitor information with third parties without consumers fully understanding or agreeing to it, and whether the online tracking tools on the site may have collected and shared visitors’ personal information without proper consent.
It’s important to stress that this is an investigation, not a lawsuit — at least not yet. Class action firms routinely post these notices to gather potential claimants before deciding whether a case has legs.
What This Means For Fans
If you visited WWE.com or used its digital services, the firm says you may be eligible for compensation, with no cost or obligation to participate in the investigation. These kinds of privacy investigations have become increasingly common as data protection laws tighten and regulators pay closer attention to how big entertainment sites track their audiences.
WWE has not publicly responded to the investigation as of this writing. If the firm moves forward with a class action, it would join a growing list of high-profile websites facing questions about their data practices.
