By Four men have been arrested in connection with the shooting of San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Keion White, officials announced Wednesday, eight months after the attack at a Mission District nightclub.
The shooting took place just after 4 a.m. on February 9 at the crowded nightclub Dahlia, where White was hosting a private party during Super Bowl weekend. He was shot in the ankle and taken to a local hospital for surgery.

Coordinated arrests across four cities
San Francisco Police Chief Derrick Lew said the suspects were taken into custody over the past week with assistance from law enforcement in Atlanta, Stockton, Irvine and Los Angeles. Investigators identified the men using video footage and witness accounts after multiple suspects with firearms reportedly confronted White that night.
Curtis Green, 35, was arrested in Irvine on October 7, followed two days later by Gregory Walker, 36, of Mountain House, California. Both were booked into San Francisco County Jail and scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon.
Serious charges for two suspects
District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said prosecutors will seek no bail for Walker, citing the public safety risk. He faces charges including assault with a semiautomatic firearm – which prosecutors allege he fired – plus additional gun-possession charges as a felon.
Green faces misdemeanor charges of brandishing a firearm and carrying a concealed, loaded gun in public. Two other men arrested in other jurisdictions are not yet in local custody and will be charged once brought to San Francisco.
Despite the incident, White has played in all five 49ers games this season and recorded three sacks.
