House, who competed under the ring name CJ Valor on WWE EVOLVE, was signed to the WWE ID program back in March 2026 after taking part in the Orlando tryouts in January.

What the WWE ID Program Means

The WWE ID program, launched as a bridge between the independent scene and WWE’s developmental system, identifies standout indie talent and gives them a direct pathway to the company. Prospects in the program appear on WWE EVOLVE, the Tubi series that serves as a showcase for the next generation, with the best performers eventually earning NXT contracts.

House’s run on EVOLVE as CJ Valor gave him a national platform, but after seven months in the program, WWE has opted to cut him loose.

An Open Road Ahead

While details on why House was released have not been made public, departing the WWE ID program does not have to be the end of the road. Plenty of wrestlers have built successful careers on the independent scene after leaving developmental setups, and House’s exposure on EVOLVE has already put his name in front of a wider audience than most indie talents enjoy.

As of now, there is no word on where House will wrestle next. We will keep this story updated as more information becomes available.
