Suzy, the former missA idol turned top actress, has signed a sales contract for L’ARBRE 27, an ultra-luxury residential complex in Gangnam, Seoul — and she may soon be neighbors with BLACKPINK’s Jisoo.

Suzy’s New Luxury Home
According to a report on October 22, Suzy purchased a unit in L’ARBRE 27, a high-end villa currently under construction in Gangnam-gu. The top-floor super penthouse is reportedly priced as high as ₩40.0 billion KRW (about $30.1 million USD), and the 27-unit building spans five basement floors to seven floors above ground.
The residences are offered as garden houses, terrace houses and penthouses. While it is unclear which type Suzy purchased or the exact price she paid, the purchase alone signals one of the most exclusive celebrity addresses in Seoul.
Star-Studded Neighbors, Including Jisoo
The building has drawn huge attention because Jang Keun Suk, Shin Se Kyung, Seo Jang Hoon and BLACKPINK’s Jisoo have also recently signed contracts there. Fans are already buzzing over the possibility of Suzy and Jisoo living in the same complex.
What’s Next for Suzy
Suzy is currently preparing for Disney+’s Portraits of Delusion, set in 1935 Gyeongseong. She plays Song Jeong Hwa, a mysterious woman unseen outside for over half a century, opposite Kim Seon Ho as painter Yoon Yi Ho. The drama is set to be released later this year.
