Hulk Hogan’s estate has sold the late wrestling icon’s Clearwater, Florida mansion for $5.9 million, well below its original asking price, according to TMZ.

Hogan, who passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 71, bought the property for $3.3 million in 2012. He left behind $5 million in assets in his will, and the mansion went up for sale in January listed at $11 million — meaning the final sale came in at nearly half the asking price, though still a healthy profit on what he paid.

The 5,400-square-foot property features five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, headlined by a 1,000-square-foot primary suite. That suite includes a sitting area, a Gulf-front terrace, a morning bar, a spa-inspired bath and a large walk-in closet — a fittingly larger-than-life home for one of wrestling’s biggest ever stars.

The sale closes another chapter on Hogan’s estate, more than a year after his death. Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, was one of the most recognisable figures in wrestling history, headlining the industry’s 1980s boom and remaining a pop culture fixture for decades.

While the mansion did not fetch its $11 million list price, the $5.9 million sale still marks a significant return on the 2012 purchase — and a final deal done in the name of Hulkamania.
