GOT7 have added another entry to their YouTube century club, as the music video for “NOT BY THE MOON” surpassed 100 million views shortly before 7 a.m. KST on October 26. The milestone makes it the group’s 10th music video to reach nine figures on the platform.

GOT7 NOT BY THE MOON 100 million views milestone
The track was originally released on April 20, 2020, as the title song of the group’s DYE mini album. That means the video took just over six years, six months and five days to cross the 100 million mark — a slow-burn run powered by longtime fans revisiting the group’s discography.
The video now joins an impressive list of GOT7 century-makers. Before it, the group had already passed 100 million views with “Just Right,” “If You Do,” “Never Ever,” “A,” “Lullaby,” “Hard Carry,” “You Calling My Name,” “Girls Girls Girls” and “You Are.” Ten videos at that level puts GOT7 among the most consistently streamed second- and third-generation K-pop boy groups on YouTube.
Why the milestone still matters for GOT7
The timing is notable because GOT7 have spent recent years balancing group activities with busy solo schedules across music, acting and variety. Milestones like this one show that their back catalogue keeps pulling in new viewers even between comebacks, with the sleek, moonlit concept of “NOT BY THE MOON” still striking a chord with fans discovering the group for the first time.
For Ahgases, the fanbase that has stuck with the seven members through label changes and solo eras, each new 100 million plaque is a reminder of the group’s staying power. The video’s steady climb also underlines how K-pop’s older hits continue to find fresh audiences years after release, thanks to streaming, fan edits and recommendation algorithms.
