Kwak Sun Young is back behind the wheel: the first stills from Crash 2 show her reprising her role as T.C.I. team leader Min So Hee, ahead of the K-drama sequel’s November 16 premiere at 10 p.m. KST.

Crash 2: bigger team, deadlier traffic crimes
Crash 2 is the second installment of the hit 2024 drama Crash, which made history as the first Korean drama centered on traffic crime investigations. This time, the T.C.I. team from Namgang Police Station evolves into a regional investigative unit under the National Office of Investigation, chasing traffic crime cases nationwide – and facing smarter, more ruthless criminals as technology turns vehicles into weapons.
Min So Hee remains the team’s fearless action specialist: formidable martial arts skills, zero hesitation in front of danger, and in the new stills, a commanding presence behind the wheel as she pursues villains on reckless rampages.

Ahead of the premiere, Kwak Sun Young shared her excitement about returning, calling Min So Hee a character where “soft on the outside, strong on the inside” and “strong on the outside, soft on the inside” coexist. She also revealed a bold new look: “I cut my hair dramatically” for Season 2, trading her Season 1 long hair for a sharper, lighter entrance.
She promises a larger scale than Season 1, a stronger T.C.I. team, twists from new characters, and more of the team’s “lovable, chaotic charm” – now with the addition of its youngest member, Ji Dae Se, played by NCT’s Jisung.
