Disney+ has revealed a brand-new sneak peek of its upcoming fantasy romance “The Remarried Empress”, and it shows off Lee Jong Suk’s Prince Heinrey in the most unexpected way possible.
The new preview opens with Heinrey transforming into a bird so he can fly to Empress Navier’s side. Even though his aide McKenna (Choi Dae Hoon) desperately tries to stop him, warning that “there are still lots of eyes watching,” Heinrey flashes a devious wink and soars out the window in bird form.
What Navier Really Thinks of Lee Jong Suk’s Heinrey in The Remarried Empress Preview
When Heinrey arrives at Navier’s (Shin Min Ah) window, a crowd of ladies gathers around her with burning questions. “Is he really that beautiful?” they ask, and Navier smiles as she replies, “Of all the people I’ve ever met, he was the most beautiful. He was so handsome, it was hard to believe he was human.”
The teasing only continues. When someone asks about his voice, Navier admits, “Of all the men I’ve met, he had the most pleasant voice,” adding, “I bet even if he stood in the corner without saying a word, all sorts of rumors would swirl about him.” All the while, bird-form Heinrey sits there preening with pride.
The Remarried Empress Release Date and Cast
Based on the hit web novel, “The Remarried Empress” follows Navier, the perfect empress of the Eastern Empire, who is cheated on and divorced by her husband Sovieshu (Ju Ji Hoon) for runaway slave Rashta (Lee Se Young). Navier answers by marrying Heinrey, the emperor of the Western Empire.
“The Remarried Empress” will premiere on November 4 on Disney+.
