Persephone and Queen Aminata are the final additions to the Women’s Blood & Guts match at AEW Blood and Guts 2026, which takes place on November 4. The announcement came on this week’s AEW Fright Night Collision, where Persephone teased the last open spot before sending a message to the TBS Champion Queen Aminata.
With both women locked in, the two war games-style teams for the women’s match are now fully set, promising one of the most stacked Blood & Guts lineups in recent memory.

Team 1: Queen Aminata, Willow Nightingale, Wrathlander (Harley Cameron and Kris Statlander) and The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor).
Team 2: Persephone, Divine Dominion (Lena Kross and Megan Bayne) and Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia Hart and Skye Blue).
The Collision segment built genuine intrigue, with Persephone warning the TBS Champion on air before their collision inside the double-cage structure.
Men’s Blood & Guts Match Also Set for November 4
The men’s match is equally stacked: Adam Copeland, Steven Borden, Darby Allin, the Young Bucks and Will Ospreay face The Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada, Wardlow, Kyle Fletcher, Mark Davis, Kevin Knight and Jake Doyle).
Blood & Guts has become AEW’s signature war games spectacle, and the November 4 edition now carries two massive double-cage matches. Expect the final Collision build to add the last layers of personal heat before the teams are locked inside.
