WWE is changing its communications partner in the United Kingdom. The Romans P.R. Agency, which has handled WWE’s U.K. communications since 2020, is stepping aside after six years, with London-based firm Ready10 taking over the account.
End of a Six-Year Tag Team
A spokesperson for the Romans P.R. Agency confirmed the split with a statement full of wrestling flavor: “We enjoyed our six years of laying the SmackDown with WWE, and they were an important part of our Sport and Entertainment division’s formative years. But all good tag teams eventually run their course. Fortunately, this one came to an end without a People’s Elbow in sight.”
The story was first reported by PRWeek, and later picked up by wrestling media.
Ready10 Steps Into the Ring
Ready10 will handle WWE’s communications around its live event schedule, including Monday Night Raw in Glasgow, Scotland on January 18, 2027 and Friday Night SmackDown in Manchester, England on January 22, 2027.
Ready10 Managing Partner Sophie Diner welcomed the account: “When it comes to entertainment brands, they don’t get much bigger than WWE. There is not a week of the year that WWE isn’t creating and delivering content to a global audience, so we’ve got plenty to get stuck into, and adding them to our client list has made childhood dreams come true for a lot of the Ready10 team!”
The account will be led by Diner and Ready10 Director Rob Leary, who will report to Joel Zietcer, WWE’s Senior Director of Communications. Ready10’s client roster already includes TikTok and McDonald’s, so WWE joins some very big company.
The timing is notable. With major live events like Raw in Glasgow and SmackDown in Manchester on the horizon for January 2027, WWE’s UK operation is heading into a busy stretch. Having a new communications team in place well ahead of those dates gives Ready10 time to settle in before the spotlight hits.
WWE’s relationship with the UK market has only deepened in recent years, with British crowds earning a reputation as some of the loudest and most passionate in the world. Whoever handles the company’s messaging there has a big job — and now it belongs to Ready10.
