Anthony Bowens found the perfect Halloween costume: his former tag team partner. Bowens took to social media on Halloween dressed up as Max Caster — complete with a fake mustache and microphone — and committed to the impression like only he could.

Bowens didn’t half-ass it. In a video posted to Twitter, he slips straight into Caster mode, running through his ex-partner’s most recognizable catchphrases and bits, dancing, and dragging another guy in to chant exactly what Caster would love to hear walking into any building.
Anthony Bowens Max Caster Halloween Impression Goes Full Acclaimed
The impression even included Caster’s signature five-minute open challenge — microphone in hand, Bowens repeatedly announced, “Five minutes on the clock! Five minutes on the clock!” He finished by chasing after another guy to recreate one more classic Caster interaction.
The two spent years together as The Acclaimed in AEW before going their separate ways, so Bowens probably needed little rehearsal to nail the mannerisms. But the timing is notable: Caster’s career just hit another bump, as he revealed he is stepping away from wrestling for an extended period following controversy around his brief TNA run — his Bound For Glory entrance rap referenced the bombing in Riyadh, and TNA cut ties.
Bowens Keeps It Playful, Not Pointed
Despite all that, Bowens didn’t turn the video into any kind of statement about Caster’s situation. He just threw on the mustache, grabbed the microphone, and went ridiculously committed to playing his former partner for a night. After years of scissoring together, it’s the most affectionate roast imaginable.
