Rosser, who was on the WWE roster from 2005 to 2017, said he is thrilled to finally see up close what the company looks for in talent. “I’m always hearing what WWE is looking for — NOW I’m able to see it for myself and be a sponge in this environment,” he wrote, adding that he once honed his craft in that very building alongside incredible coaches before making the main roster.
“Now, I’m back sharing those experiences and helping shape the future.”
From The Nexus to Mr. No Days Off
Rosser made his name as Darren Young, a member of the infamous Nexus stable alongside Wade Barrett, David Otunga, and others. His last WWE match came on a January 2017 episode of Main Event, where he lost to Epico.
Signing off with his trademark catchphrase — “MR. NO DAYS OFF baby! Nine years later, still standing, still inspiring, and STILL NO DAYS OFF!” — Rosser’s full-circle return gives WWE’s developmental system a veteran who genuinely loves the grind.
