The wait is almost over. With Grand Theft Auto VI just five weeks away, Rockstar Games dropped the 90-second launch trailer on October 15, 2026, and a new GameSpot compilation brings together all three official trailers ahead of the November 19 release.

The Launch Trailer Is the Real Trailer 3
Rockstar does not number its trailers, but counting the videos the studio calls trailers, this is effectively the third. The 90-second cut was captured in-game on PlayStation 5 and is set to “Flower in a Hurricane”, a brand-new song from Justice, the electronic duo composing the game’s original score. The trailer dives deeper into the relationship between dual protagonists Jason and Lucia, including Jason’s army past, Lucia’s time behind bars, and the couple’s criminal adventure across Leonida.
How the Three Trailers Stack Up
Trailer 1 (December 2023) introduced Lucia and the neon-soaked return to Vice City, soundtracked by Tom Petty’s “Love Is a Long Road.” Trailer 2 (May 2025) expanded on the Bonnie-and-Clyde chemistry between Jason and Lucia. Now the launch trailer delivers the final pre-release tease, with the trailer itself restating the date: GTA VI arrives November 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
What We Know at Launch
Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick has been firm on the date, telling press the company is releasing the title on November 19, and Rockstar has ruled out a last-minute delay. Standard edition is priced at $79.99, with a $99.99 Ultimate Edition for the biggest fans. Notably, no PC version has been announced, and Rockstar remains silent on GTA Online plans.
