Kris Statlander brought the star power to Portland, Maine, as Limitless Wrestling delivered a stacked card at Fresh Blood on October 18, airing live on YouTube from Live At Madrid’s. The former AEW Women’s World Champion headlined the show with a singles win over Anthony Greene.

Statlander, managed through Sidney Bakabella’s interference on the Greene side of the ring, still got the job done — a showcase outing for one of the most recognizable names to step through the Limitless curtain this year.

The undercard delivered its own highlights. Donovan Dijak, also accompanied by Sidney Bakabella, defeated Joseph Sawyer in singles action, making it a busy night for the Bakabella enterprise. In the opener, Seabass Finn topped Joseph Alexander in a special challenge bout.
The tag team scene owned the middle of the card. Simply The Best — BRG and Oxx Adams — pulled double duty, first defeating The Breadwinners (Patrick Wheatman and Cash McGuiness) and then knocking off Tabarnak De Team (Mathieu St Jacques and Thomas Dubois). Bustah & The Brain (Alec Price and Jordan Oliver) closed out the tag team action with a win over The Cowboy Way (1 Called Manders and Thomas Shire).
Why Fresh Blood Matters
Limitless Wrestling has quietly built a reputation as one of the Northeast’s most consistent independent promotions, and Fresh Blood was another proof of concept: national-level talent like Statlander and Dijak sharing a card with regional workhorses, all streaming free on YouTube. For an indie outfit running out of Portland, Maine, that blend of star power and local flavor is exactly the formula that keeps the Live At Madrid’s crowd coming back.
Statlander’s appearance continues a busy stretch for the veteran, who has been lending her name to big independent dates while remaining one of wrestling’s most in-demand free agents to watch. Dijak, too, continues to be one of the most active names on the indie circuit. With Fresh Blood in the books, Limitless Wrestling’s next stop will tell whether the promotion keeps riding this momentum — but on this night, the fresh blood delivered.
