“Oh! My Guard” is a romance drama with a wonderfully unpredictable setup: Jung Yong Hwa plays Uhm Tae Bong, an A-list actor with one fatal flaw, while Hong Seung Hee plays Oh Hae Ra, a mysterious woman who is convinced she is Cha Hong Doo, the female lead of Tae Bong’s drama. When fantasy bleeds into reality, their love story takes off in directions neither of them expected.
The Leads Couldn’t Stop Gushing About Each Other
Speaking about working together, Jung Yong Hwa said he genuinely enjoyed acting alongside Hong Seung Hee, adding that the two had a blast on set while exchanging plenty of ideas. Hong Seung Hee returned the compliment warmly, saying she feels fortunate and grateful to be filming the project with him.
“He always made the atmosphere on set comfortable and was always considerate,” she said, explaining that he accepted whatever acting choices and jokes she brought to the table, making every moment they shared comfortable and enjoyable.
