The cross-cultural exchange between Thai entertainment and the Hallyu wave keeps growing stronger — and some of the most iconic Korean series have now been reimagined as Thai adaptations. With fresh chemistry and local flair injected into the stories we know and love, here are the Thai remakes of K-dramas worth adding to your watchlist.

From Signal to My Love From the Star

One of the most intriguing adaptations is the Thai remake of Signal: during an investigation, Lieutenant Win discovers an antique walkie-talkie that mysteriously activates at 23:23, letting him talk to a detective from the past as the two join forces across time to crack their cases.

Romance gets its own spotlight too. The Thai version of My Love From the Star follows alien Achira, stranded on Earth for 300 years, who encounters a famous actress just three months before his long-awaited departure — and realizes she is the very woman he rescued centuries ago.

Thrills, Laughs, and Second Chances

For thriller fans, there’s a Thai take on Happiness: the Heaven Condominium descends into chaos when a zombie-like virus forces authorities to seal the building, trapping its residents inside as officers Run and Prat fight to contain the outbreak.

On the lighter side, the Thai remake of Oh My Ghost stars humble dishwasher Jiew, who can secretly see ghosts — until a persistent virgin spirit named Khaopun begins possessing her body to seduce her boss and fulfill her mission to cross over. Meanwhile, the Let’s Eat adaptation pairs a food-blogging insurance agent with an old elementary school acquaintance who becomes his unexpected partner in crime.
